  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for a refund.

  • Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Follow the provided instructions to submit your refund request.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days from the date of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

In addition to refunds, TORFEO offers an exchange policy to ensure you get the products you love.

2.1. Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

Once your exchange request is approved and the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the exchange based on product availability.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item). In such cases, TORFEO will provide a prepaid return shipping service.
