Marketing Specialist

About this Role:
- Title: Marketing Specialist
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)
- Hours: 8 hours/day (Mon–Fri)
- Location: Remote (Preferably based in Nigeria)
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute profitable marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, email, and other platforms.
- Manage ad creatives, sales funnels, and conversion strategies (retargeting, prospecting, lookalikes, etc.) for the TORFEO e-commerce store.
- Build and optimize email marketing automations and promotional campaigns.
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to deliver revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals.
- Regularly report marketing performance and sales growth KPIs (such as ROAS, CTR, AOV, CAC, etc.)
- Conduct market research and stay up to date on trends and competitor activities.
Requirements for this Role:
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager delivering results
- 1+ years experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital campaign strategy, buyer psychology, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to make decisions.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Basic understanding of marketing psychology and buyer behavior.
- Self-driven, proactive and performance-focused
- A creative eye for visuals and messaging is a plus
- Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle marketing is also a plus
- Knowledge of Influencer marketing and Media buying is a great plus.
